    We want all participants to enjoy themselves thoroughly during the tournament. If you need any information or assistance, please contact your team manager immediately. The manager may then request assistance from tournament headquarters or get in touch with the team host for the needed information.

    CONDUCT

    We want all participants to enjoy themselves thoroughly during the tournament. If you need any information or assistance, please contact your team manager immediately.     SCHEDULE

    Follow your team schedule at all times. Be at practice sessions, Regional tournament games, and special events  ON TIME, and dress appropriately for each function. You may not leave any event without first receiving approval from the team manager. 

    APPEARANCE

    As representatives of your region, we expect you to dress in a manner reflective of your pride in being chosen.  You may dress informally and comfortably, but you are expected to wear uniforms at games and be uniformly dressed at other events. You are expected to be appropriately attired at all times.

    UNIFORMS

    No repeat of numbers on a team. Each player will have a different number on his uniform. The official Cal Ripken shoulder emblem will be worn on the left sleeve.

    SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

    Contact your team manager or a member of the tournament staff. Check with your team manager prior to any swimming activities, especially on game days. Notify and obtain approval from your team manager before going on the field.
